and ARS upon closing of service agreements with the clients.

Service Agents ( CSA ) :
are fee based with a commisions package rated at 50% of the terms
of engagement of independent AR'S.

GUIDELINES: Terms of Commisions Payout :

- 10% of Commission Fee Payable
to AR upon receipt of clients deposit following confirmation of
project contract from the Client.
- 20% of Commission Fee payable
to AR : Upon reciept of structured payment from Client.
- 70% : Remainder of commission
payable to AR Upon receiving remainding payment from Client.
